What does this mean if I am a cardholder?
You are no longer able to use your card (e.g. online, in-store or at ATMs).

What happens to the funds on my card?
Your money is safe.

Please contact us at support@mymonedero.com and provide your bank account that matches the account information on your card. We will initiate process to send your funds.
